Helping bodies of all ages function and recover better

About Integrate and Thrive
At Integrate and Thrive we do what the name implies: integrate the
body so that you can thrive. Thrive can mean a lot of different things
to a lot of different people, but we will do our best to help you reach
what you consider to be thriving. To do this, we combine many
different techniques: Masgutova Neurosensorimotor Reflex Integration
(MNRI), health coaching, lymphatic work, vagus
nerve work, and visceral tissue work.

No one body is the same, no issue is the same - but what we do know
is that the whole body is connected and it will take a whole body approach to reach your thriving point. A lot of the work we do at Integrate and Thrive gets down to the foundation of movement and how the body works together. This is why we often have our best successes with clients who claim they have tried everything and have had limited success. The processes we use work to build the stability of the neurological system of the body. In return, you get a body that has a strong nervous system, is more stress resilient, and has improved neuroplasticity.
If you can improve the function and integration of the system that
sends signals throughout the body (so that your body is better able
to work as one unit), then your body has a better chance of working
efficiently and smoothly. Additionally, the other treatments you have
tried have a much better chance at sticking! This is why many people
reach a plateau or see limited improvement - they do not have a good
foundation to build off of. At Integrate and Thrive, we start at the
foundation and sometimes the body will fix itself from there. If not,
we can bring in some of our other skills or refer out to a professional who is more knowledgeable in the area you need help with. If you are having any issues listed below (or others), let's make sure that you have a strong foundation to push off of so you can thrive from there!
